This could mean conspiracy theory. The circular shape on the back of the frog is a greek letter that represents death. This, combined with the frog probably means poison. The apple is a clear symbol of sex. The Bible talks of the apple of the first sin, which some beleive to be sex. Also, the seeds look like they have babies in them, showing not only sex, but life. The 2 halves of the apple look like ovaries. Since the hand has 6 fingers, it refers to genetic mutation.
