Hello Bits.
Thank you so much for sharing your dream. I know there's a big time difference in our locations that will delay response times, but we'll work through it over the next few days and see if we can interpret the message your unconscious is sending to you.

My overall impression is that the dream is commenting on you're being a bit stuck in your life right now. You're having trouble finding a workable way to move forward through and past the transition of divorce and job loss. Who wouldn't be??? Any one of us would be tested by having to deal with just one of these changes, let alone both at the same time! So please, do not become disheartened. I think the dream is trying to help you to adopt a different, more helpful attitude.

I do have a few questions about some of the dream images: I'm assuming since you describe the woman as "he/she" that it is not the woman you are divorcing or anyone else you know in conscious life, is that correct? Does the figure appear to be of both sexes, i.e, androgynous? Also, are you ever in a car with her in the dream (either yours or hers) or are you always in separate cars and you are observing her driving from the outside? Did any important event happen in your life in 2005? Finally, do you happen to have two children? The immediate thought when I read that you picked two flowers that turned into birds is that it was making a comment on your children and the custody issues with them.

Again, thank you for sharing this beautiful dream Bits. Please don't hesitate to send me any additional details that you might remember. Our unconscious knows no accidents. EVERY image and aspect of the dream has been placed there to aid in telling the story, in sending us the message. We will work through it.

And oh, in the amusement park, i pluck 2 flowers, which immediately turn into birds and fly off. It was expected of them, so I am not surprised.

Hi, I needed a bit of help. I have had episodes for the last 8 months which seem to have a recurring theme. Tonight I had a related dream/nightmare. I am from India.

In 2010, I was diagnosed with osteoarthrities of knees. Since 2011, my right leg has been getting increasingly painful, due to sciatica pain. It is now difficult to move around in my daily life. I also had an accident in Jan where my rear right wheel etc was damaged. Two days ago the same wheel locked up in a parking lot.
The dream of tonight is I am again getting married, and have the same set of in laws as before (my in-laws were horrific). In the next scene I am in an amusement park, with someone who is calmer and quieter than me, he/she has a new car. Mine is 2005. On our way back, we have to drive down very very steep hills, inclines of 80 degrees or so. She drives wonderfully in her car. I am extremely worried. I almost give up and decide that its ok to die. But I manage. We talk about the car. I say the car isn't THAT old, and I don't know what to do, because I don't have any money. She says that the technology has changed since 2005, and cars these days are quite fast, and can avoid problems like these.

In my real life I have financial stressors right now as I am without a job. And divorce and custody related litigations. I am struggling to understand the symbolism of the rear right limb/wheel issues that seem to be repetitive motif in my life right now. And what does the dream indicate ? What does it mean altogether?

Thanks in advance for your help.
